Lauren Cate, sometimes called LC, is an artist at heart. She spent a majority of her life on stage in the performing arts, studying ballet, voice, and acting from a young age. She performed both Christine Daae and Meg Giry in The Phantom of the Opera and has had the honor of performing in regional premieres of shows like Kinky Boots and Jersey Boys. Published writing is a new journey for her, but creating worlds on paper is not. When she isn't writing or performing, she loves to travel, thrift, read, and watch The Lord of the Rings trilogy again. She lives in south Mississippi, with her amazing partner and two cats, Merky and Charlie.
