Marissa is a classically trained actor, singer and voice artist. She has been narrating for several years, with over 170 titles on audible under both her name and her pseudonym. Her love of storytelling is the lynchpin to her desire to work in the arts. As an actor, Marissa has worked in film, tv and new media. As a theatrical artist, she has toured nationally, performed regionally and worked all over the New York scene. As a voice artist, she has lent her voice to animation in addition to her work in audiobooks. Her voice is warm and dynamic, lending itself well, in particular, to Romance, Fantasy and Young Adult fiction. Marissa loves to create 3 dimensional characters and has a huge array of character voices and accents in her vocal tool box. There aren't many genres she isn't interested in narrating for, but one that's very close to her heart is Jewish literature. As a Jewish woman, she hopes to bring life to stories told from the perspective of strong Jewish women.
