Soneela is a classically trained actress and an award-winning narrator with over 450 titles in many different genres including Young Adult, Fantasy, Romance, Sci-Fi and Fiction. She has garnered 23 Earphone awards, an Audie award (5 nominations), a SOVAS nomination and was awarded AudioFile magazine’s Golden Voice Lifetime Achievement Honor in 2021. Her audiobooks have been featured in Best Audiobooks lists by AudioFile Magazine, Audible.com, The New York Times and The Washington Post. Having grown up traveling all over the world, Soneela has developed a deep cultural appreciation, a love of storytelling and a facility with languages and dialects. As a quick study, has learned new accents to accommodate the demands of her audiobooks. In her spare time, she’s also an audiobook director, EDI consultant, word game enthusiast, music buff, amateur chef, economics junkie, tennis fan and proud mom.
